Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit and prevent damage during shipping.
Ship to Pixio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality and condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
